VISA SUPPORT

 

 

RUDN University provides visa support. If the author requires Russian visa to attend 3rd IAA/AAS SciTech Forum 2020, please, apply for the official Invitation Letter by filling in the application form.

 

The filled and signed application form along with the copy of the author’s passport should be forwarded to email, indicated in the application, not later than May 3, 2020.

 

 

TOURIST VISA VIA OFFICIAL HOTELS

 

 

For delegates who are unable to meet the submission deadline for visa applications through RUDN University, it is possible to apply for tourist visa through respective iVisa systems of the following hotels.

VISA FREE REGIME

 

 

Abkhazia

Argentina (up to 90 days in 180 days period except work, study and residence). Diplomatic or Official passport holders would require visa for the whole period of stay.

Armenia

Azerbaijan

Belarus

Bolivia Visa free regime does not apply for Diplomatic and Service passports holders only.

Bosnia and Herzegovina (up to 30 days for tourists and up to 90 days for other visitors). Tourist documents or the original invitation accordingly are required to be presented to the Russian Immigration authorities.

Brazil (up to 90 days in 180 days period except work, study and residence).

Brunei (up to 14 days) Diplomatic and Service passports holders only.

Chile (up to 90 days in 180 days period) Visa free regime does not apply for work and commercial business related visits and Diplomatic and Service passports holders.

Colombia (up to 90 days in 180 days period)

Croatia (up to 90 days in 180 days period) Diplomatic and Service passports holders only.

Cuba

Dominican Republic (up to 90 days) Diplomatic and Service passports holders only.

Ecuador (up to 90 days in 180 days period).

El Salvador (up to 90 days).

Fiji (up to 90 days in 180 days period except work, study and residence).

Guatemala (up to 90 days in 180 days period except work, study and residence).

Guyana (up to 90 days in 180 days period). For tourists except work, study and commercial business.

Honduras (up to 90 days in 180 days period).

Hong Kong (up to 14 days of stay).

Iceland (up to 90 days) Diplomatic and Service passports holders only.

Israel (up to 90 days). Visa free regime does not apply for Diplomatic and Service passports holders. Tourist documents or the original invitation accordingly are required to be presented to the Russian Immigration authorities.

Kazakhstan

Kyrghyz Republic

Republic of Korea (up to 60 days) – for all types of passports for up to 90 days, with the exception of work, study and residence.

Macedonia (up to 30 days tourist and up to 90 days for other visitors). Tourist documents or the original invitation accordingly are required to be presented to the Russian Immigration authorities.

Mauritius (up to 60 days except work and study)

Moldova

Mongolia (up to 30 days) for the holders of diplomatic, official and foreign passports. In case of consequent trips, total amount of days spent in Russia cannot exceed 90 days in a period of 180 days from the date of first entrance.

Montenegro (up to 30 days). Visa free regime does not apply for Diplomatic and Service passports holders.

Mozambique (up to 30 days)+D13 Diplomatic and Service passports holders only.

Nicaragua (up to 90 days of stay)

Panama (up to 90 days in 180 days period except work, study and residence)

Paraguay (up to 90 days in 180 days period except work, study and residence)

Peru (up to 90 days in 180 days period except work). Diplomatic and Service passports holders.

Serbia Citizens of Serbia with biometric passports obtained after April 9th, 2008 can stay in Russia up to 30 days. Diplomatic or Official passport holders without accreditation in Russia can stay up to 90 days.Serbian nationalities with temporary and permanent resident permits can stay without time limits. In all other cases visa is required. Visa free regime does not apply for Yugoslavian passports holders.

The Republic of South Africa For all types of passports for up to 90 days, except work, study and residence.

Thailand (up to 90 days) Diplomatic and Service passports holders only. Holders of ordinary passports can stay up to 30 days.

Uruguay (up to 90 days in 180 days period except work, study and residence).

Uzbekistan
