Serbia

Citizens of Serbia with biometric passports obtained after April 9th, 2008 can stay in Russia up to 30 days. Diplomatic or Official passport holders without accreditation in Russia can stay up to 90 days.Serbian nationalities with temporary and permanent resident permits can stay without time limits. In all other cases visa is required. Visa free regime does not apply for Yugoslavian passports holders.

For all types of passports for up to 90 days, except work, study and residence.

Pre-Arranged Visa via RUDN

Our organizing partner, Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia (RUDN) is offering visa assistance to the QS Worldwide 2018 delegates.

For delegates who would like to apply for their travel visas via RUDN, please note of the documents required below.

  1. An official invitation from the Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia.
    The official invitation is issued by the territorial department of the Federal Migration Service of the Russian Federation on the request of the Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia
  2. Scanned copy of a passport page with photo
    (passport must be valid 6 months after the intended date of departure from Russia)
  3. One picture of an applicant (Russian visa photo specifications)
  4. Completed VISA Application Form (please click here for the form)

 

To get visa support through our university, please forward the above documents to scitechforum2018@gmail.com not later than October 14, 2018. Please also provide the Paper ID from Easychair service if available.



Tourist Visa via Official Hotels

For delegates who are unable to meet the submission deadline for RUDN applications, you may opt to apply for tourist visa through our official hotels via their respective iVisa systems.
